Terms of Use

By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to modify or update information without prior notice, even after you have submitted your order.

Shipping & Returns Policy

For domestic orders, Go Dumb Organics offers shipping rates ranging from $10 to $12. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered.

International orders are limited to select countries, and shipping rates will be calculated during the checkout process.

Thank you for your order! We hope you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns. Please note that we do not offer exchanges, and refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Unfortunately, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, please review your order carefully before clicking the "Place Order" button on the checkout page.

Please Note: International packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search procedures. We are not responsible for any fees, including Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees, or additional charges incurred during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept these fees and the package is deemed unclaimed, denied, or otherwise refused, Go Dumb Organics will not provide refunds or reship the order.

For APO or FPO military addresses: Please be aware that transit times may be longer due to government clearance protocols.

We understand the importance of tracking your package. If the tracking information indicates that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, we recommend checking with your neighbors, family members, roommates, property managers, or apartment offices as they may have received the package on your behalf.

OUR RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL A CONTRACT

The fulfillment of all orders placed on our platform is subject to product availability. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason. Additionally, we may cancel a contract by providing written notice in the following situations, without incurring any liability other than refunding any payment received from you related to the canceled contract:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • Your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
  • Your order is flagged by our security systems as unusual or potentially fraudulent.
  • Your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days after placing the order.
  • We believe you are below the legal age in your country.
  • We believe you are a reseller.
  • There was an error in the displayed price on our platform.
  • We cannot deliver to the address you provided.
  • Due to an Event Outside Our Control (see below).
  • In the event of misspelling, pricing errors, or other mistakes in the platform information.

 

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

Please be aware that once your package is shipped, we rely on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. If you have concerns about your delivery and the tracking shows the package is in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier for more details.

In the rare event that the tracking information indicates your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at GoDumbORganics@gmail.com for further assistance. However, please note that we are not obligated to replace missing merchandise. Our customer support team will assess each case individually to determine the appropriate resolution.

Please remember that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. If you're unable to locate your package, it's important to contact the shipping carrier directly to address the issue and file a claim, as we cannot assume liability for such incidents.
